In a recently published motion graphic video, Egypt’s Dar al-Ifta said that Christian-Muslim Egyptians are one social fabric, sharing one homeland and representing unique model of lasting national solidarity.
“Religious and cultural diversity does not mean division,” Dar al-Ifta confirmed. Rather, this visible pluralism is a unique trait that distinguishes the Egyptian people and enriches the greatness of this nation.
Difference and diversity are from among the norms that God created in His universe in order for humans to cooperate and integrate as per His words, “O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another” (Quran 49:13).
