I would like to know in case of a divorce between Muslim man and a Christian woman that have a daughter of 13 years old. We are married for 22 years now.

1- The daughter stays with the father or the mother?
2- What does the Christian wife get from her husband? A pension? a house etc?

- The daughter must be in her mother's custody unless the court decides that the mother is unqualified for that.
- The Christian wife, is like the Muslim wife, is entitled to the entire rights due to a woman after divorce.
