What is meant by "people of Quraan"? Who are the people of Allah that have been mentioned in prophet Mohamed hadith, are they limited to those who memorize Quraan and follow its rules or it could be extended to those who read it regularly and follow the rules but are unable to memorize it?

Allah's grace is unlimited. Ahl al-Qur'an (People of Qur'an) are those whose hearts and souls are deeply attached to it. They are those who commit themselves to the Qur'an by striving to memorize and recite it during the night and parts of the day and follow its guidance.
