I went to Hajj then decided to wear Hejjab afterwards. My husband got very angry and does not want to deal with me, talk to me or be in the same place with me unless I take it off. I am very content with wearing Hijab and do not want to take it off and do not want to break a 30 year marriage as well. My husband is getting very verbally abusive especially in front of people or just between the two of us. What is a reasonable solution for this matter? I want to add that my husband is a great person but he is not religious at all.

My husband does not see me beautiful and does not find my personality attractive but I work as a staff member in the faculty of pharmacy and have a large salary. Since day one of our marriage, I knew he married me for my money. He always tells me that I look bigger than him, although I am younger by three years. We have got two nice children. I tried to make laser in my face to improve my look to attract him to me and I even used fillers to remove some nasolabial grooves in my face and this is not plastic surgery, it is collagen injection that should be renewed every 7 months. He was amazed by this and our relationship improved a lot. But then I wondered if these collagen fillers are prohibited to use in this case, he likes me very much but when I doubted its permissibility, I stopped taking these fillers, my face looked old again (I am only 33), he started to hate me again and looked for other girls even for my sister who is more beautiful than me. What can I do? Is it permissible for me to continue using these collagen fillers?

Dear Honorable scholar, there are various hadiths that prohibit trouser to be below Ankle with severe punishments. I would like to understand this hadith and its application in England, as it would look quite odd to either fold your trousers or wear it so they are above your ankles, also what should be done for the Prayer (fold the ankles, leave them as it is or wear them so they don’t hang below).

Assalam Alikoum,
Alhamdulelah, I try my best to dress in the most modest attire possible. I wear the hijab, I do not wear skinny jeans or leggings, etc. My husband is trying to control everything in my life to the maximum, even my clothes. He refuses that I wear "Carinas" which I agreed to, thinking it would be better to my modesty. However, now, almost everything I wear he objects to and wants me to change and I refuse to.
I fee like I will be asked about what I will wear and since I am not wearing anything tight or bad Islamically, I shouldn't obey his orders. He is literally suffocating me in the sense that I feel like I have no freedom as a woman at all.
I am a 30 years old girl. When I can't wear a veil, is it better to wear a wig than showing my real hair or are they both the same? Because I heard before a fatwa that wearing a wig is better than showing the real hair.

I know what I am talking about might seem lame or naive but it is causing me serious discomfort and depression.
I am veiled from around 6 years ago, to be brief I know everything about being veiled as "a fact". Yet wanted to take it off since I had it on but kept motivating myself. Since 4 years exactly I really want to take it off because I am not keen about covering my hair, if it is shown I don’t feel bad. I also don’t wear it in front of everyone. I don’t feel like I need to wear the veil in front of some people. Lately I am actually wearing it for the society as I am afraid to take it off because people will think ill of me.
I know I shouldn’t be asking but I want to say what I believe in and correct me please, if I'm not wearing the veil for God or for feeling that it is a part of me then I shouldn’t be wearing it just for people, right?
I want to take it off and wear it when I am keen for it and respect it as it should be. Please help me

I started wearing niqab a few weeks ago. Alhamdulillah, where I live it is common for women to wear niqab and not wear niqab. I know it is permissible to cover my face, but I am wondering something. Is it wrong to uncover my face when there is a need? For example, I needed to go to a bank and I lifted my niqab because I feel covering the face in a bank is bad, given the constant risk that banks are in as far as robbery is concerned. Or what if a merchant wishes to verify my identity for a purchase? Or what if I am thirsty and wish to drink water? The thing is, many of the Muslims here who wear niqab or support wearing niqab are very strict, and I do not agree with them and their ideas that women should be silent in public and should never show their face and hands, even for a legitimate security check, unless a female officer and a private area are available. I am not so strict, and I know that the Shafi\'i view is that the hands and face are not part of nakedness so I don\'t understand what the big deal is if I show my face for a legitimate need in public. I just want to make sure that if I\'m doing this, I\'m correct as far as the Shari\'ah is concerned. I like wearing niqab because it makes me focus on my behaviour and keeps my nafs in check, but at the same time I feel strange associating myself by my clothing with people who have an extreme view compared to mine.

What is the ruling on trading in breast enhancement products? The artificial implants are inserted through an incision under the armpit or in the fold under the breast. Please note, approximately 70% of the procedures are performed for aesthetic purposes. Is selling and marketing these products lawful?
